To do this, InsideSync uses three simple indicators:

Each score focuses on a different part of your daily life, then brings everything together for a big-picture view.

Productivity Score

How your day is tracking against your goals

Your Productivity Score shows how much you've completed so far today.

How it works

  • You define what "productivity" means to you by setting your active hours during onboarding or in your profile.
    • Active hours can represent anything you want to focus on – work, exercise, meditation, hobbies, or time with yourself and loved ones.
    • You choose the timeframe that fits your day.
  • InsideSync reviews the events and tasks on your schedule throughout the day.
  • InsideSync counts what has already happened today towards your active hours goal.
  • Your score updates throughout the day as you make progress.

This means:

  • Your score starts low in the morning
  • It naturally increases as your day progresses
  • It reflects progress, not perfection
  • The goal isn't to hit 100% early – it's to understand your pace against target.

Health Score

Your Health Score gives a snapshot of your physical and mental wellbeing for the day. Instead of focusing on one thing, InsideSync looks at multiple health signals together to form a more balanced picture.

InsideSync checks whether your average heart rate falls within a healthy range.

This helps flag potential stress or fatigue signals.
